Sistema Ring – Black Sterling + Tanzanite
Description
Three blue tanzanites emerge from the dark outer surface of this Sistema Ring by Parts of Four. Their rough, uneven crystal ends interrupt the soft contours of the setting. The oxidised sterling silver remains dark between the stones and inside the ring, clearly defining the blue mineral surfaces. The 12 mm wide Terrestrial Surfaced ring has fine side joins between the insert and body, along with small round connection points.

Founded by Evan Sugerman in 2011, Parts of Four deliberately works outside conventional ideas of jewellery. The label treats each piece as an object, defined by material, weight, surface and construction.
